Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Expansion:
- Identifying and engaging potential leads through professional networking, industry events, and online outreach.
- Expanding the client base by acquiring new enterprise and institutional customers.
- Strengthening the company’s presence and reputation across the APAC market.

Sales & Relationship Management:
- Managing the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Acting as a trusted commercial partner by understanding clients’ payment and settlement needs.

Client Success & Internal Coordination:
- Providing timely, reliable, and professional support to affiliates and users.
- Proactively coordinating with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) to resolve client issues.
- Gathering client feedback and offering structured recommendations to the management team.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key industry players in fintech, PSP, iGaming, forex, and payments.

Requirements:

Experience & Industry Background:
- Proven enterprise sales experience in fintech, PSP, iGaming, forex, or payments.
- A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in senior or enterprise sales roles.
- Experience in selling complex payment, settlement, or financial infrastructure solutions.

Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new products, processes, and market dynamics.
- High level of independence and self-motivation, with the capability to operate with minimal supervision.
- A proactive “hunter” mindset focused on creating a robust sales pipeline.
