Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning law firm recognized as one of the leading legal advisers in the crypto and Web3 space. With offices across the US, UK, Australia, and the Middle East, the firm sits at the forefront of the digital asset industry — advising founders, exchanges, funds, and institutional investors as they navigate one of the most dynamic regulatory and commercial environments in modern business.

The firm has built a reputation for combining deep technical fluency in blockchain and digital assets with sharp commercial judgment, and has been consistently recognized with industry awards for its work in this space. It is a full-service practice, but crypto and emerging technology sit at the core of its identity — not a niche add-on.

This is a genuine growth story: the firm is scaling its US presence and is looking for a lawyer who wants to build something, not just join something.

The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a US-qualified attorney with genuine crypto industry experience and an established client base to join the team and help lead its US growth. This is a rare opportunity to work at the cutting edge of digital asset law, alongside a globally connected team, with real ownership over how the successful candidate’s practice develops within the firm.

The successful candidate will advise founders, DAOs, exchanges, token issuers, funds, and other Web3 innovators on the full lifecycle of their legal needs — from formation and token structuring through to regulatory compliance, capital raising, and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Advising crypto and Web3 clients on regulatory compliance, token structuring, SAFTs, DAO formation, and digital asset transactions
• Guiding clients through token sales, exchange listings, and smart contract–related legal risk
• Supporting capital raising, corporate structuring, and M&A for digital asset and fintech businesses
• Advising on US regulatory developments affecting digital assets, including securities, commodities, and money transmission considerations
• Working collaboratively with the firm’s international offices to support clients operating across multiple jurisdictions
• Contributing to business development, drawing on the candidate’s existing network and reputation in the crypto space
• Helping shape the direction and growth of the firm’s US practice

Candidate Requirements
• Admitted to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction, in good standing
• Meaningful experience advising clients in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 — whether in a law firm, in-house, or regulatory setting
• A genuine, demonstrable interest in and understanding of the crypto industry (this is not a “learn on the job” role)
• An existing client base or referral network the candidate can bring to, and grow within, the firm
• Strong technical legal drafting and analytical skills, with comfort operating in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous regulatory landscape
