Business Development Manager

A leading organization in digital payments and blockchain innovation, operating across multiple regions, is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager. The company is driving the adoption of a prominent stablecoin, collaborating with fintechs, digital asset exchanges, payment service providers (PSPs), and institutional partners to transform the financial ecosystem.

Purpose of the Position

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of the organization’s stablecoin among prospective partners. Combining business development, pre-sales, and solution selling, this position ensures partners understand both the commercial value and technical integration pathways for embedding the stablecoin into their platforms and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution-oriented sales cycles, aligning partner needs with the stablecoin’s capabilities.
  • Support pre-sales activities through technical demonstrations, product walkthroughs, and solution scoping.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnerships with fintechs, exchanges, and payment providers across multiple regions.
  • Structure commercial agreements, including revenue-sharing models, corridor partnerships, and technical integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, industry forums, and partner events.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitive trends, regulatory developments, and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution selling, or technical business development within payments, fintech, or cryptocurrency sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing API-led partnerships (e.g., with platforms like Stripe, PayPal, Mastercard, Fireblocks, or crypto exchanges).
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, wallets, blockchain integrations, and payment rails.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear commercial ROI propositions.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to thrive in a high-growth fintech/crypto environment.
