Key Responsibilities

Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and maximize results.

Requirements
Minimum 7 years of sales leadership experience, including at least 3 years within fintech, crypto, or blockchain sectors.
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance sales teams and developing effective sales strategies.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals and nurture long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in defining and optimizing sales metrics and KPIs to measure and drive success.
