The Role

Our client is seeking a visionary Head of Design to spearhead all aspects of design for their groundbreaking platform. This pivotal role involves overseeing the aesthetic and functional consistency across various touchpoints including:

• Mobile App: Ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Creative Direction: Setting the tone for brand identity and visual storytelling.
• Landing Pages & Campaign Visuals: Crafting compelling digital and promotional content.
• Referral Flows & In-App Motion: Enhancing user interactions with intuitive design.
• Merchandise: Extending brand presence into physical products.

This position is not suited for someone content with maintaining guidelines or attending endless meetings. It is ideal for a proactive builder, a strategic leader, and a hands-on creator who is deeply immersed in design tools like Figma, passionate about typography, and innovative with visual elements like gradients.

As the Head of Design, you will establish and lead a talented design team, set exceptionally high standards, and drive the mission to make this platform the simplest and most elegantly designed bank in the industry—combining minimalism, intuitiveness, and a premium feel akin to the ease of Airbnb with the polish of Apple.
